We were tasked by Biggin & Scott Land to create a brochure for a superb 30.6 ha site forming part of the Armstrong Creek Development Precinct – one of the largest contiguous growth corridors in Australia.
Located just a short ten minute drive from the City of Geelong and 5 minutes from the Geelong Ring Road offering an easy 60 minute commute to the Melbourne CBD or just ten minutes to Victoria’s best surf beaches.
The final outcome included brochure design and premium sales email design to promote the site going to market.
