A graphic approach to annual report design.

BWP Trust is a commercial real estate trust with a portfolio consisting of large format retailing properties, in particular Bunnings Warehouses. BWP tasked us to design their annual report for the financial year of 2021. The brief for 2021 was a focus on the stability and consistency displayed by BWP Trust. We chose a closeup image of a eucalypt trunk to represent strength and steady unswerving growth over time. The texture was etched out of a field of solid BWP red and brought to life on the matte recycled paper stock with glossy transparent foil.
