Biggin & Scott Land tasked us to create a prestige brochure for the last significant land opportunity in Gisborne. This 266 Ha land holding (3 Lots) on the northern edge of the Gisborne township comprises 86 Ha of General Residential Land within the Gisborne Structure Plan, 174.48 Ha of picturesque farmland overlooking the Rosslynne Reservoir and a 5.67 Ha landholding.
Situated just 50 minutes from the Melbourne CBD in the Jackson’s Creek valley, at the base of Melbourne’s popular Macedon Ranges, Gisborne is recognised as a key growth area for the Macedon Ranges Shire Council and one of Melbourne’s major regional growth catchments.
The final outcome included brochure design and premium sales email design to promote the site going to market.
