Biggin & Scott Land tasked us to design a brochure for a property situated approximately 55km south-east of the Melbourne CBD and perfectly located under 10 minutes to the Pakenham Town Centre, Railway Station and schools. The Princes Freeway is easily accessible within minutes via the Koo Wee Rup–Healesville Road which will be duplicated to a four lane Hwy in 2020.
Located on the fringe of Melbourne’s urban growth corridor, the site is strategically positioned to benefit from the substantial future growth to occur throughout the area.
The final outcome included brochure design and premium sales email design to promote the site going to market.
