Biggin & Scott Land tasked us to create a prestige brochure for a once in a generation
offering, Providence South Ripley, one of the largest broad-hectare projects to ever be offered for sale in Australia.
Covering more than 700+ ha and approximately three times the size of Brisbane’s CBD, Providence will be the largest single housing development in the Ripley Valley consisting of 7,000+ dwellings when complete.
The final outcome included brochure design and premium sales email design to promote the site going to market.
