The Soap Factory, a JV of Banco and Cubo Group revitalises a unique historical site, into boutique penthouse and loft-style apartments for refined and stylish contemporary living. The Soap Factory honours the building’s fascinating past by retaining its heritage look and feel and maintaining its status as a leading character in the story of its Port Melbourne neighbourhood.
For Soap Factory we created an elegant identity that juxtaposes the modern sophistication with classic, historical and industrial references to reflect the aesthetic of the architectural language employed by MUSK Studio. The project included brochure design, sales book, hoarding, newspaper and online ads, and website design.
